Avery Dog Vest
Minor trimming in the front armpit area for the size small vest. Otherwise a good fit. My Springer is 36lbs with a 24" chest and 15" neck. Heavy duty zipper and velcro. So far seems to be a great piece of gear for the cost.

Great Product
Good for hunting South East where it doesn't ice over much. This and breathable. Fits well, good product.

It meets the Objective
I live in the northwest, this means very cold temperatures and snow. I have a 100 pd. lab for water fowl hunting. The vest meets the objective of keeping my dog warmer in the winter months. The size chart was helpful and seemed somewhat accurate. However, due to the way the vest is constructed, snow accumulation happens in the chest area. This will cause ice to form between the vest and chest of the animal. Annoying at best. As well, my dog has managed to rip a hole in the chest while running through some brush. The bright side of that actions is it potentially saved my dog from getting a stick in the chest. A person should expect exactly what they are paying for this project.
