What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards directly through the website. We also accept PayPal but you will have to contact us and request an invoice. If you wish to pay by money order or personal check please contact us as well.
What is sales tax?
By North Carolina state law we are required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to a North Carolina address. All taxes will be calculated at the time of checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our turnaround time with orders you have less than 24hrs to cancel your order. If you change your mind on your order please contact as soon as possible so we can get that taken care of. If your order has already shipped, you will have to follow the return procedures in order to receive a refund.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Where do you ship?
We primarily ship to all US states and territories. If you live in another country we will be glad to get you a quote on shipping to wherever you are.
